1.1. The organizer of the Crypto Business Prague conference (hereinafter referred to as the “event”) is Dušan Kmetyo, registered at Franklinova 579, 460 15 Liberec - Liberec XV-Starý Harcov, ID: 446 010 77, hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.
2.1. Participation in the event is permitted only to duly registered attendees.
2.2. An “attendee” within the meaning of this document refers to any holder of a valid ticket (of any category), exhibitor, speaker, or media representative.
3.1. Registration is carried out via the registration portal through the form published on the organizer’s website.
3.2. The following data is required in the form:
3.3. Registration will not be accepted without the information listed in section 3.2.
3.4. Submission of the registration form constitutes a non-binding offer, with no entitlement to participation or other claims, except for a refund of the ticket fee in accordance with section 5.9.
3.5. By submitting the form, the applicant agrees to these terms and conditions.
3.6. Registration is limited by the capacity of the event.
3.7. The organizer reserves the right to reject a registration without further explanation.
4.1. The ticket fee, according to the current price list, must be paid in advance using one of the following methods:
4.2. If payment is made in a currency other than CZK, the exchange rate listed in the price list on the date of registration submission applies.
4.3. The ticket is considered paid only upon confirmation by the organizer, regardless of when the payment was sent or credited.
4.4. Cash payment at the venue is not guaranteed.
5.1. Registration may be canceled free of charge until it is confirmed by the organizer (usually within 24 hours).
5.2. Cancelation of a confirmed registration is subject to a cancellation fee:
5.3. Cancelation requests may be sent via email to [email protected] or by mail to the address listed in section 1.1.
5.4. Requests sent from an email address other than the one used during registration will not be accepted.
5.5. If access to the registered email address is lost, the request must be sent by post.
5.6. Cancelation requests must include registration details, registration number, and a CZK bank account for refund. The payment must be clearly identifiable.
5.7. Refunds will only be made in CZK regardless of the payment method used.
5.8. Cancellation becomes valid upon confirmation by the organizer.
5.9. Refunds will be issued to the provided CZK account, typically within 72 hours of cancellation or rejection.
6.1. Tickets (referred to as “badges” or “wristbands”) are non-transferable.
6.2. Transfer to another person is possible upon prior notice with details as per section 3.2.
6.3. Badge/wristband holder changes can be processed on-site.
7.1. The ticket category determines the scope of services and entitlements.
7.2. Categories and associated entitlements are listed on the event website.
7.3. Services and entitlements may be reasonably modified by the organizer without notice.
7.4. The organizer reserves the right to change the event program, including speakers, to meet event expectations.
8.1. The organizer is not liable for property damage, injury, or death caused by natural forces, the attendee’s actions, or other attendees.
8.2. Attendees must follow instructions from the organizer and authorized personnel.
8.3. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
8.4. The organizer reserves the right to exclude any attendee without explanation.
9.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the date or venue.
9.2. Attendees will be notified of such changes via the email used during registration and on the event website.
9.3. Event cancelation by the organizer entitles the attendee to a full refund, excluding personal expenses (e.g., accommodation, travel).
9.4. Event cancelation due to external circumstances (force majeure) entitles the attendee to participate in the next event or receive a refund.
9.5. Refund requests under 9.3. and 9.4. must be submitted via email or mail within 60 days of the refund announcement.
9.6. The refund request must follow the process outlined in sections 5.3 to 5.8.
9.7. After the 60-day deadline, the right to a refund expires.
10.1. By submitting the registration form, the attendee consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the data protection policy.
10.2. Photos and videos taken by authorized personnel may be used for promotional purposes. The attendee consents by registering.
10.3. The organizer will avoid using compromising or mocking material.
10.4. Attendees may take photos or videos for personal use, respecting third-party rights.
These General Terms and Conditions are valid from June 6, 2025.
