Consent to Personal Data Processing

By purchasing a ticket to the conference, you express your consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. The provided data will be used in connection with registration for the event.

Furthermore, you consent to the creation of audiovisual recordings at the conference and the possible publication of photographs and video recordings from this event. The material may be published on the conference website, on YouTube, and all social media platforms, and may also be used to promote future editions of events organized by the organizer and its contractual partners.

I agree that the conference organizer, Dušan Kmetyo, ID No.: 446 010 77 (registered office address: Franklinova 579, 460 15, Liberec – Liberec XV-Starý Harcov), processes my personal data, including my first name, last name, residential address, email address, phone number, and company, obtained in connection with ticket sales and the provision of products or services.

I give consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

• Informing participants about the preparation of the conference and other events related to blockchain technologies, digital currencies, digital assets, artificial intelligence, etc.
• Offering services and products related to blockchain technologies, digital currencies, digital assets, etc.

By consenting to the above processing, you give your explicit consent.

I acknowledge that under the Personal Data Protection Act, I have the right to:

• Withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to [email protected] or by sending a letter to the above address of the conference organizer’s registered office,
• Request information on how and which of my personal data are being processed,
• Request clarification regarding the processing of personal data,
• Request access to these data and have them updated or corrected,
• Request the deletion of these personal data.

In case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, I may contact the organizer directly or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
